Cant buy items on Dota 2 Store

I have been tryin to buy “key” from dota store fr past 2 days and nthin happens. when i add the item it shows “Store_Addtocart” button instead of add to cart. once i place the no. of keys required and click checkout it just refreshes again to the same page. Is there a bug ??

do u use router or u pc is direct connected to modem?

As stated in another topic, I don’t think that has anything to do with it.

I bought keys about 2 nights ago, a couple of hours later, same PC, same router, same connection, it did not work. I doubt this is a connection issue.
You are able to buy steam funds but you can’t spend it.

+correct me the same error When I click the box office, it just loads the same page again

Hi, I’ve been having the same problem since last night.
When I add items on the cart and click checkout, the page just reloads but does not allow me to add funds nor brings me to the checkout page.
When I try to purchase through the website instead, this message appears
“Error
Failed to initiate transaction due to an internal server error. Please try again in a few minutes or contact support if the issue persists.

Visit Steam Support”

My friend who stays nearby me have no problem accessing or purchasing through the website and in dota 2.
Why is this only happening to me ?
I’ve opened a question to Valve since last night and yet to have a reply.
Hope this problem is solved soon.

i have the same problem, every time i click checkout it loads the same page and if i try doing it online on the dota 2 store i get an error page

and i have tried removing my card information and wrighting it down agen, adding 5Ђ (that worked), 3 different PCs and 2 different networks, over a span of a week and its starting go get on my nerves.
can some one pleas fix this problem
