Dota 2 trade problems for developing

Hi,
From about 1 day i’ve got some kind of wird error. When i’m sanding trading invite to some1 there is an information: “you can not trade to xxx”. I can even send offer to any1, when i’m tring to do it there is an error like: “you can not send offer to xxx, try again later”

I had some steam update(today), maybe that is the reason? I’ve got steam beta update, but i canceled this updates(and restart steam), but it doesn’t works.

Can some1 explain how can i fix this bug?

In order to use Steam Trading, BOTH PARTICIPANTS need to meet of the following criteria:

• Made a successful purchase on Steam between 30 and 365 days ago.
• Have had Steam Guard activated on the device being used to trade from for the past 15 days.
• Have used the same password for the past 7 days.

Using a new payment method on Steam (for example, a different debit/credit card to normal) may also give you a 7 day trade restriction. After 7 days, the payment method will be considered “trusted” and the restriction will be lifted.

You guys cannot read? Moderator wrote that you need purchase steam account, but there is still no anwser why we need to do that, if in past it works without it?

yeah and i’ve never bought anything, i havent ever even tried to buy something steam related.

Hello. I have same problem. I purchased many things on market and sold aswell. I traded tons of items already. and today I tried to trade some item with my friend and it didnt work. I didnt change anything on profile, I traded/sold/bought items on market before. still same problem – my first purchase was 4 months ago and till now I spent many euros here.. and it ocurred today. so i guess my account is trusted. so why the hell I cant trade ?

Edit – I tried to offer trade to my friend via Google chrome and it works there..also I tried to sell item on market and it works aswell. so it is bugged somehow in steam direcly.
