Creep stacking may be considered a bug too, but it ended up becoming a game mechanic and was carried over. Maybe it’s the same deal with this.

But with how much this insta-gib was (ab?)used in the internationals, maybe it will pressure Valve to address it and speak up and show their stance on it.

It was pathetic , before i was never against any team , but after this , hell i wish navi is disbanded.

Cant win “fair” so lets go exploit mode till they die , never saw such bad manner from a team before.

Then again , not that i should care , navi will be destroyed by A , and im going to enjoy the show.

dude, i ued it with my dude couple of ties and everyone was like: WTF? LOL! But only and i mean ONLY when we were loosing not for winning! I think it’s funny 😀 adn the only reason that valve kept it in dota 2 from the last game is because they didnt think it was imba

Its a mechanic i suppose, making it so that it just deals damage but not pulls might even things out but it’s no less questionable than certain characters being thrown onto outcrop ledges and repeatedly picked off by ranged heroes.

I think that people in this game should learn to accept some of these hard facts of the game that there are lots of nonsensical ways to do things.

do any of you have ANY idea how hard it time and hook that. not to mention that it means pudge will have to walk\tp back out. me and a friend tried doing it once it’s EXTREMELY hard. I say kudos to Na’Vi for being able to do that.

I don’t see what the issue is, that looks to me like a very hard move to pull off, so congrats to Na’Vi for doing so. Also, I doubt it’s a bug, since I’ve previously seen someone do pretty much the exact same thing with an Io/Pudge combo.

But did you see all the times it DIDN’T work? When Pudge had to go all the way back to base, walk all the way back/waste a TP scroll and lose experience and gold?

Also, very easy counter: ban Pudge/ban Chen.
The point is, I’m pretty sure Icefrog has said ‘working as intended’, meaning that it’s justified as being ‘difficult enough to pull off’.

It’s not easy to do. It’s a huge waste of time when it doesn’t work. You can ban either of them and stop it.

Props to Na’vi for pulling the game back like this. Sure, it sucks when a game they shouldn’t have won goes like this, but it happened, and it’s not as simple as a ‘one click win’; it requires immense timing and positioning.

Dont try this , they are ALL pros , this is not something only Navi could pull off, other team just have decency , something clearly that navi lacks , i will repeat , pathetic. At most one can say this is navi play style , which to me says a lot.

I would not mind if they did once , or if they were doing this while winning already , like on the first game when they first began to try this , but another thing is to win a game because you do this.

They did it 7 times , and they won because of it.

A pathetic display in my opinion , hell i got myself an A pennant because of this , just need to wait the show.
