Limited Edition Items As Item Drops?

Hi there, I’ve noticed that there are items such as from the Treasure of the Shrouded Myth or the Treasure of the Cryptic Beacon supposedly can only be obtained from Nexon Servers(Korean Servers). This makes them technically “limited edition”.

These items, however, are also available as random drops for anyone in any server. And as random drops, these item cannot be tradable/marketable but giftable. Thus, people can still trade/sell via gifting thus making it prone to be used as a scamming technique. I’ve seen many people including my friends obtain these supposedly “limited edition” items via random drops quite easily and some people exploited this a few patches ago.

Hence, my suggestion is, why not make these chests available in Dota 2 store?(or at the very least make the chest available but slightly expensive like the Autographed Trove Carafe chest last time). In enabling this, Valve can get money, compared to the free item drop method as well as making it harder for scammers to scam people through the gifting system.

Or, is it going to be like the DAC tournament? where these items, especially from the Treasure of the Cryptic Beacon are going to be made Immortal and can be obtained from the TI5 Compendium? as most Immortal items(especially during TI4 and DAC) are based on in-game items and some of them were originally only available in Perfect World Servers(China Servers), but later had an immortal version of it which was also Genuine in quality.

DAC Tournament:
Alchemist’s Radiance Blades,
Weaver’s Skittering Desolator,
Slark’s Barb Of Skadi,
Ember Spirit’s Rapier Of The Burning God,

TI4 Tournament:
Ursa’s Swift Claw,
Drow’s Mania’s Mask,
Storm’s Lightning Orchid,
Morphling’s Blade Of Tears,
Spectre’s Soul Diffuser,
Crystal Maiden’s White Sentry,
Tinker’s Mecha Boots Of Travel Mk. III,

or the recent TI5 immortal Huskar’s Searing Dominator .

As some items from the Treasure of the Cryptic Beacon chest are based from in-game items such as Dazzle’s Pipe Of Dezun, will it be likely to become immortal too?

Note: Especially now that the item price of these limited items are dropping like crazy, for example: Mirana’s Moon Rift set which was originally USD200 and today 13/5/2015, is now approximately USD13. I pity the buyers who bought/traded high end items such as Platinum Baby Roshan to get these items, just to get frustrated with the sudden insane price drops. All the more reason to make all these items available for everyone, not just exclusive to Perfect World and Nexon servers.
