I’ve noticed that Dota 2 Is acting strangely. All of my items are gone and my Dota level has been set to 1. I will be Validating my dota 2 files now through steam and see if that fixes the problem. I’m assuming that this is simply a bug and that Steam will have it fixed soon.

That’s a Steam issue. Just wait for a while for it to return.

True but its mixed in with the fact that it says i’m banned. I’m just a little worried.

The ban is still on his profile. There is a chance, albeit a very small chance, that he’s telling the truth, and he didn’t cheat.

While scripts are very rare in Dota, they still exist. And occasionally you get people who either download outdated scripts come onto the forums and complain about “false Vac bans”. Though the best idea is to send a support ticket to valve along with any proof you have that the ban was false.

Huh, you may be right. Seems an issue on my end as I can’t see the one on your profile anymore either. Weird.

Certainly agree with you and wasn’t holding out hope that’d be lifted. I know the process and it’s exceedingly rare that they’re given in error so I was surprised.
